Health

Please advise your therapist of any changes in your health or medication as this may affect you having certain treatments.

Appointments

Being on good time for your appointment is appreciated, likewise we will always endeavour to run on time to the best of our ability.

When booking your appointment please inform us if you are pregnant, or have any other condition that may affect your treatment. We can recommend alternatives if needed. All treatment times are approximate and include disrobing prior to treatment and consultation.

Cancellations

If you require to cancel an appointment we request 48 hours notice. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the booking fee for cancellation 24hrs before your appointment and Full Payment for same day or no show.

Payment

All major Credit Cards are accepted via contactless , apple and google pay, Cash , Bank Transfer and payments can be made securely through our booking system or online links available in salon.

Payment Plans

We have facilities in place to pay over installments via Clear Pay, Klarna and Payl8R. For more details contact Naomi

Do certain treatments require a patch test?

Yes. We require a patch test for some services, 48 hours prior to treatment

Do treatments require a deposit?

We do require deposits which will be discussed at consultation and agreed before booking

What if I am pregnant, can I still book a treatment?
